Computational study of biomolecular structure & dynamics
Anastasia Mpakali, PhD
Anastasia is the principal investigator of our project “ARIA” from HRFI. She has a PhD in Biology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she’s very experienced in molecular biology and cell cultures (mammalian and insect cells). For our project, Anastasia is responsible for the protein expression, the enzymatic assays and the setup and analysis of crystallographic experiments. She has also experience in manipulating mice animal models.
